B. Notary Journal Records

As required by the Illinois Notary Public Act (5 ILCS 312), we maintain an official notary journal recording each notarial act performed. This journal is an official government record and is subject to Illinois law governing notary records. Journal records may be subject to subpoena or other legal process. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. Our notary journal is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
