By accessing or using the website located at aimmnotaryservices.com (the "Site") or engaging the services of AIMM Notary Services™, a registered trade name of AIMM Network LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and AIMM Network LLC. If you do not agree to all Terms, do not use this Site or our services.

AIMM Notary Services™ provides professional notary public services, notary signing agent services, mobile notary services, and related services as authorized under the laws of the State of Illinois. We are NOT a law firm and we are NOT owned or operated by a licensed attorney. 

Specifically:

• We are not authorized to practice law in Illinois or any other state.
• We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal counsel of any kind.
• We do not explain the legal effect of documents on your specific situation.
• We do not recommend legal strategies or courses of action.
• We do not represent clients in court or in any legal proceeding.
• We are not permitted to draft legal documents or records.
• We are not permitted to give legal advice on immigration matters or any other legal matter.

Our role as a notary public is limited to: verifying the identity of signers, witnessing signatures, administering oaths and affirmations, and performing other notarial acts as authorized by Illinois law. If you require legal advice, you must consult a licensed attorney.

AIMM Notary Services™ provides the following services:

• Notary public services — in-office, mobile, and online (RON) where authorized
• Loan signing agent services — real estate closings, refinances, and related transactions
• Trust and estate document notarization
• General notarization — affidavits, powers of attorney, contracts, and all other notarizable documents
• Apostille facilitation assistance
• Vehicle title notarization
• I-9 verification services
• Fingerprinting services (where available)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) notary services

Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic range, and applicable law.

AIMM Notary Services™ is available Monday–Saturday. Appointments are strongly preferred and may be required for mobile and in-office services. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our geographic service area, our authorized scope of notarial services, or our available scheduling.

• Mobile notary appointments require advance scheduling — walk-in mobile service is not available.
• In-office appointments are encouraged — please call or text before arriving.
• Last-minute and rush appointments are subject to availability and rush fees.

Cancellations with less than two (2) hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All fees are disclosed in advance. Illinois law governs the maximum per-signature notary fee. Travel, mobile, rush, and specialty service fees are separate from the per-signature fee and are disclosed prior to service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods are posted on the Site and are subject to change.
• A $35.00 returned payment fee applies to all returned checks and chargebacks.
• Travel fees apply to all mobile appointments and are based on distance from our office.
• Rush fees apply to appointments requested with less than four (4) hours notice.

Fees paid for completed notarial services are non-refundable.

You are responsible for:

• Presenting valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of service as required by Illinois law.
• Ensuring all documents to be notarized are complete — we cannot notarize blank or incomplete documents.
• Signing documents willingly and without duress — we are required by law to refuse service if coercion is suspected.
• Understanding the content and purpose of every document you present for notarization.
• Ensuring all required parties and witnesses are present at the time of the appointment.
• Providing accurate information in connection with your service request..

AIMM Notary Services™ reserves the right to refuse notarial services when required or permitted by Illinois law and the Illinois Notary Public Act, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The signer cannot be properly identified
• The signer appears to lack the mental capacity to understand the nature and effect of the document
• The signer appears to be acting under duress or undue influence
• The document is blank, incomplete, or appears to be fraudulent
• The requested notarial act would require us to provide legal advice
• The notarial act requested is not authorized under Illinois law

Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund of any travel fees incurred.

All personal information you share with AIMM Notary Services™ in connection with notarial services is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information except as required by law, as necessary to perform the requested service, or as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Our notary journal is a confidential official record maintained in accordance with Illinois law.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and compiled content — is the property of AIMM Network LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The trademarks AIMM Notary Services™, AIMM Network LLC, and all related marks are the property of AIMM Network LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Site content is NOT FOR RESALE.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AIMM NETWORK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIMM NETWORK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIMM Network LLC, its members, managers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any inaccurate information you provided; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, including the Illinois Notary Public Act (5 ILCS 312). Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
